AGENDAS
Legally, agendas for parish council meetings must be posted in a public place 3 days prior to the meeting date. Similarly, councillors require 3 days notice which is why agendas are distributed the week before a meeting. Only business contained within the agenda can be considered at the meeting.
Raising matters at Parish Council meetings
Whilst members of the public cannot request that items are added to a Parish Council agenda, they are very welcome to attend meetings to raise matters of concern during the public session at the start of all meetings.
It is possible that matters raised will then become items for consideration on subsequent agendas.
The formal notice for Odcombe Parish Council is published on the notice board at the Village Hall
Should you wish to receive agendas direct to your inbox, please contact the Parish Clerk at clerk@odcombeparishcouncil.gov.uk
